Travel Done Right, LLC is an independent Travel Advisor company registered through a host company called Inteletravel. The company is registered and certified to work with all the major travel companies you know and love plus some lesser known travel companies only available to Travel Advisors. Having access to all the travel companies provides different options to book the best travel experience for your travel needs! Working with Travel Advisors, you get customized travel packages, perks, and service not available to the general public or travel DIYers.

Travel companies pay Travel Advisors to book travel for their company so there is no additional cost to you except through the travel company. The exception is if you expend the one free quote for EACH trip you book. What does this mean? You receive your free quote with at least 3 different options to choose from and book the trip - NO cost. 

If you request another quote for a trip after booking the first time, you again get a free quote to book the additional trip, and so on. If you decide not to book the trip you requested a quote for, and want a different quote, then a research fee is paid before the travel options are researched and quote generated. Why? Because there are THOUSANDS of travel companies that a Travel Advisor has to research to match your requested travel requirements and that takes time. If you do need additional quotes, a nominal research fee of $25 is charged before the research begins. 

If you prefer the DIY travel bookings, you can go to our booking portal where you can create an account to start your travel search. The booking portal is a collaboration with recognized third-party travel websites to find deals.

Travel Done Right, LLC will email you all of the information from the travel company. Since we work with major travel companies, you can also go directly to their websites with your confirmation number to get additional information about your trip itinerary.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended as anything can impact your plans from natural weather events, pandemics, illnesses, delayed flights, lost luggage, and injuries before or during travel. Some credit cards offer some travel protection; however, most do not give you a selection of different protection options that can include all of the named travel impacts listed above.

Think about your trip as an investment. When you look at the amount you are spending, decide if you are 1) willing to lose it all and 2) do you have extra funds available you are willing to sacrifice for things such as emergency medical situations or emergency return flights.

Our company will assist with canceling any trip as the travel companies allow; however, most times the travel companies want to confirm the traveler is requesting the cancellation. Be aware there are typically cancellation fees and monetary losses unless travel protection that covers permitted cancellation reasons had been purchased.

Once you have selected the travel option, you will need to provide the following:

• Copy of a government-issued identification you will be taking on your trip. Why? To ensure the spelling and address entered into the booking is exactly as it shows on the ID. Name changes to bookings incur fees as well as security reasons to make sure the person requesting a booking is who they say they are.
• Signed credit card authorization form and copy of credit card/debit card. This is sent to you to sign via encrypted means to collect credit card information to make payment to the selected travel company. A copy is needed to match at least one of the travelers to confirm the charge is authorized.

No! There has been confusion regarding Travel Done Right, LLC* (this company) out of Delaware and Travel Done Right LLC out of Florida.

A number of people report getting calls come from (954)258-4785 where a vacation package is offered for a certain amount of money to book later on. This seems to be associated with multiple travel companies including a company named U-Pick Travel. They have a couple of (866) numbers that you can find on their site (https://u-picktravel.com/).

That company, Travel Done Right LLC out of Fort Lauderdale, FL was formed in June 2022 vs Travel Done Right, LLC* out of Delaware formed in July 2019. The subtle difference is that company does not have a comma in the company name vs our company name, which is legally permitted to have the same corporate name by just removing the comma.

The other company has a filed LLC status, and sounds like they are doing business under multiple company names.
